We are partnering with a revered international luxury fine jewellery house to appoint a Store Director for their flagship boutique, a jewel in the crown of their global retail network.

This is more than a store management position; it is a prestige leadership role at the intersection of heritage, high craft, and high performance. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for leading a world-class team, delivering a seamless luxury experience, and driving strong, sustainable commercial results.

With a legacy defined by innovation, artistry, and emotional connection, the house continues to grow its global presence while staying true to its values of discretion, sophistication, and excellence.

The Role

you will :

  • Be the strategic and operational leader of the flagship boutique.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team of Client Advisors and Assistant Managers.
  • Champion a culture of service excellence, clienteling, and team pride.
  • Take full ownership of sales performance, boutique profitability, and local business development.
  • Lead from the floor — acting as a true ambassador of the brand in every interaction.
  • Partner with corporate departments to align on product feedback, buying trends, and market insight.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, and client experience standards to the highest level.

We are looking for a refined, passionate leader who blends operational strength with emotional intelligence and commercial acumen.

You will have :

  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in luxury retail leadership, with a strong emphasis on fine jewellery.
  • A demonstrable track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering against ambitious sales targets.
  • A hands-on, inspirational leadership style with the ability to mentor, motivate and grow talent.
  • A deep understanding of luxury clienteling, with an existing network of HNW clientele considered a strong asset.
  • Impeccable presentation and presence, with a confident, diplomatic communication style.
  • A highly commercial mindset, capable of analysing KPIs and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • A natural passion for storytelling, craftsmanship and building meaningful client relationships.
