Manager B2B Project Management

Role and Responsibilities A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be required to Lead and manage key essential B2B projects in MENA with each Subsidiary coordinating with teams both internal Regional Head quarter and external customer partner government entity to secure the project You will be required to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results while monitoring scopes across schedule budget and risk to ensure that the project is under control based on Samsung Rules You will ultimately be required to establish and maintain UAE Government Specially Construction sector client s relationship Longterm business strategy Partner support and collaborate with management in designing implementing evaluating and managing assigned projects Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated multitrack performance databases for digital print social broadcast and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with local government thirdparty resources including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan Provide regular project status checkins progress tracking and updates on deliverables with internal teams external resources and stakeholders with full partnership with all divisions Sales marketing Leverage strong analytical expertise to fulfil the needed requirements Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Skills and Qualifications What You ll Need At least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelors degree or 7 years and a Masters degree Possesses a strong understanding experience of B2B projects in the electronics industry and dealing with Government office Experience within a Government office is a must UAE Construction industry experience is must Strong leadership and communication skills both written and verbal Indepth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools High Documentation Skills plus Excellent presentation skills PowerPoint Excel is a must PMP certificate is an advantage Can gauge project requirements to budget time and resources Risk assessment knowledge Decisiveness and confidence in their decisionmaking Arabic speaker is must UAE National You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
