Junior Interior Designer

We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join our team The ideal candidate is highly organized detailoriented and proactive with strong design and coordination skills This role involves supporting the team in design development procurement and project execution while ensuring smooth communication and workflow Key Responsibilities Assist in creating mood boards and concept presentations Conduct research on new materials finishes and suppliers Visit showrooms and new shops to stay updated on industry trends Work with AutoCAD and 3D software to support design development Review 2D drawings provide detailed comments and follow up on revisions Ensure design deadlines are met and taken seriously Effectively communicate design changes and revisions to the team Participate in space planning for residential and commercial projects Attend supplier meetings and coordinate material selections Assist in curating and managing shopping lists for projects Handle procurement and delivery management ensuring timelines are met Conduct quality control checks on readymade furniture and accessories Work onsite supporting project execution and installations Be flexible to drive and visit project sites as needed Maintain clear communication with clients suppliers and team members Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks at once Collaborate with the team in a structured and organized manner Be presentable professional and articulate in English Requirements 13 years of experience in the UAE interior design industry Strong skills in AutoCAD and 3D rendering software e g SketchUp 3ds Max or similar Experience working on both residential and commercial projects Background in space planning procurement and supplier coordination
