الوصف الوظيفيCommission-only structure with attractive percentage on closed deals. Performance-based bonuses for high-value clients and recurring accounts. Opportunity for long-term partnership based on performance. Work with an experienced offshore development team. High-conversion technical capability support (pre-sales, estimation, documentation). Unlimited earning potential with scalable commission structure. Flexible work and autonomy in managing your sales pipeline. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in offshore / outsourcing sales for software development or IT services. Strong understanding of SDLC, tech stacks, project models (Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Time & Material). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT service outsourcing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to independently work with minimal supervision and drive deals from zero to closure. Familiarity with CRM systems, lead-gen tools, and modern sales prospecting channels. Existing network or portfolio of international clients is highly preferred. The Role : Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify international clients (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) for offshore software development services.
- Drive the full sales cycle : lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
- Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
- Track deals using CRM and maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and account growth.
- Provide feedback to delivery and management teams regarding market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.
