The ideal candidate must be a creative and confident Project Architect who can lead projects from concept to completion He or she should have expertise in design execution and client communication with the confidence to engage clients from the very first meeting and a strong business sense to deliver practical successful solutions RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met Engage with clients at all stages starting with initial briefings understanding their vision provide design guidance and establish trust and confidence Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations coordinating effectively with internal teams contractors and stakeholders Oversee the execution of design concepts prepared by the design team ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve challenges and ensure compliance with design intent quality and safety standards Maintain proactive communication with clients providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow effective problemsolving and timely delivery Support business development by contributing technical expertise to proposals client presentations and feasibility assessments Identify project risks early and implement strategies to ensure successful outcomes
