Finance Manager

A Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a closely related field is mandatory A Master s degree such as an MBA with a specialization in Finance or a Master s in Accounting is highly preferred and will be considered a strong differentiator Professional certification is required candidates must hold at least one of the following Certified Public Accountant CPA Chartered Accountant CA Certified Management Accountant CMA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ACCA or Chartered Financial Analyst CFA A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management is required with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing a finance team Preference Experience in the specific industry of the hiring organization e g manufacturing technology healthcare or professional services Skills Strategic thinking with a handson approach to financial operations Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Commercial acumen aligned with production and supply chain realities
