Global Construction Solution GCS AI is seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Engineer Structural AsBuilt Specialist to support an ongoing building structural assessment project in the UAE The candidate will be responsible for developing Structural AsBuilt Models based on available Architectural AsBuilt drawings site verification and engineering interpretation This role requires strong experience in existing structures structural detailing and BIM modeling LOD This is a critical role within our AIpowered engineering and digital twin workflows contributing to highprecision structural analysis and assessment Skills Key Responsibilities Develop Structural AsBuilt BIM models from Architectural AsBuilt drawings Interpret structural systems slabs beams columns foundations from available data Coordinate with site team for verification and missing structural elements Integrate site observations measurements and NDT results into the model Prepare structural drawings and documentation for assessment and reporting Support structural engineers with analysisready models Ensure compliance with LOD requirements Work within BIM standards ISO projectspecific BEP Collaborate with survey inspection and structural teams
