Site Foreman

Job Description Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers and subcontractors Ensure work is completed according to drawings instructions and project timelines Assist with all kinds of site work including civil MEP finishing maintenance and general labor coordination Support technicians and workers in completing tasks efficiently Monitor manpower materials tools and equipment onsite Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays Maintain site discipline safety cleanliness and work quality Coordinate with engineers supervisors suppliers and management Check completed work and ensure proper finishing standards Report daily site progress material requirements and workforce updates Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies Be flexible and ready to handle urgent site requirements and multiple responsibilities Skills Strong knowledge of construction fitout maintenance and site operations Ability to handle multiple types of work and coordinate different trades Basic understanding of civil electrical plumbing HVAC gypsum painting and finishing works Ability to read drawings and understand site instructions Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors
