The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Development : Actively explore new sales avenues working on-field and achieving sales target. Foster and maintain relationships with clients to ensure lasting partnerships.
- Product Knowledge : Possess in-depth knowledge of our products, especially in the Beverage Industry. Articulate product features and benefits convincingly to potential clients.
- Client Management : Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients when opportunities arise.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure : Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales deals to meet revenue targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, including pipelines, projections, and achievements. Provide valuable market feedback to the management team.
- Undertake ad-hoc sales projects, accomplish targets, etc.
The Profile
Qualifications and Experience :
- Experience : 1-2 years of proven UAE sales experience is must in FMCG, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
- Driving License : UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills : Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Language : Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory) to be able to liaise effectivelky to different stakeholders across the region.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Educational degree is not a limitation for candidates demonstrating expertise).
- Additional : UAE sales experience in FMCG, preferably Beverage Industry.
