Multi Skilled Technician

Main Responsibilities Ability to understand and enable to do any mechanical Electrical plumbing works of the site assigned Ability to understand and enable to do any Civil works of the site assigned Maintenance checking systems regularly to make sure that they are working efficiently and safely Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk until completion Ensure tasks are completed within cost and target times Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained completing Satisfaction Survey works from Reactive works from Client Customer To provide hands on support to the FM Team for all mechanical and electrical tasks To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager Assume other duties as may be assigned by your Line Manager Assume responsibilities in case the TL or Supervisor is not available Skills and Qualification Required Good practical skills and problem solving skill Abilities to follow technical drawing building plan wiring diagrams and plumbing lay out Abilities to work carefully methodically and safely Abilities to measure accurately Good written and verbal communication skill Abilities to work in a team as well as on your own initiative Good analytical and evaluation skill
