Job Description
About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, in our Karachi Office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with port and airport community systems and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the Microsoft Eco System, specifically Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platforms is an advantage. Proven ability to hunt for new business opportunities and strong relationship management skills.
