Key Responsibilities Prepare competitive air freight pricing and quotations for import export inquiries Coordinate with airlines agents and vendors to negotiate rates and services Support the sales team with timely pricing and solutions based on customer requirements Monitor market trends airline schedules and freight rate fluctuations Maintain and update pricing databases rate sheets and contracts Ensure pricing complies with company policies and margin expectations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution postbooking Requirements Minimum 2 4 years of experience in Air Freight Pricing within a freight forwarding or logistics company Indepth knowledge of airline rate structures IATA regulations and routing options Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management Proficiency in MS Excel and freight management systems Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
