Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities :
- 1. Supervise onsite Setup and build-up of exhibition booths and event venue, ensuring consistency with design file, high construction quality, timely delivery, visually appealing and functional.
- 2. Collaborate closely with event organizers to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions and sponsorship activities, addressing any issues promptly.
- 3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services, ensuring timely deliveries, tracking payments and resolving any discrepancies.
- 4. Manage business leads collected from marketing activities, maintain proper documentation, update the lead status on a regular basis.
- 5. Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable event venues, new agencies and suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's needs and budgetary constraints.
- 6.Managing marketing material inventory, maintain clear records of all materials, check the inventory status on a regular basis.
- 7.Assist in any business operations and administrative related work if needed.
- Note : - This role may require occasional work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and exhibitions. - require business trips in MENA region if needed.
Requirements
Education :oCurrently pursuing / Fresh graduate in a degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.Skills :o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).o - Experience in planning and managing events or exhibitions.o - Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing tools (i.e., Photoshop).o - Familiarity with social media or marketing tools.Personal Attributes :o Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.o Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Language Ability :o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
