Our client is a leading Buildings Main Contractor with three decades of experience delivering high-end towers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Some of these towers have been delivered for renowned hotel brands and residential developers across the UAE. The fixtures, technology, and facilities in these towers are second to none.

The construction cost of this project is estimated between 780-840 million AED, reflecting significant investment in the building.

If you have not delivered high-rise towers in the UAE market for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor of G+40 height, please do not read further, as this client has very clear criteria, as does their developer, for approving this appointment.

If you have at least two towers to your name as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager, then this opportunity could be suitable for you. You should have strong knowledge of working with consultants, architects, developers, and subcontractors in the region.

This main contractor is self-delivering the piling, earthworks, foundations, and superstructure of this reinforced concrete structure. With such elements handled in-house, they expect the right person to be knowledgeable about the concrete cycle, including floors, pours, and outputs. You should understand steel fixing and reinforcement details.

Leisure facilities include pools, squash courts, padel tennis, gym, sauna, ice baths, in-house trainers, and physiotherapists. Building technology includes face recognition and number plate recognition. No long lift wait times!

Construction program : 30 months

Iconic location with logistical challenges and multiple external stakeholders, making planning and permits critical

Can you lead all departments collaboratively to drive safety, technical excellence, production, quality, and contracts? Do you possess the people skills to mentor, develop, and give constructive feedback to internal and external parties while remaining calm and focused?

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and General Manager due to the project's importance, you will have full P&L responsibility.

• Delivered high-rise towers in the UAE for reputable Tier 1 or 2 main contractors
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience
• At least 10 years of UAE experience on main contractor projects
• Candidates over 60 years of age will not be considered
• Extensive experience working on building projects such as towers, mixed-use developments, and hotels
• Understanding of design changes, people management, and program issues
• Able to start employment before September 10th at the latest
