Job Description

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans manually or using dish washing machines.

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and storage areas.

Ensure all kitchen surfaces (floors, counters, sinks) are kept clean and hygienic.

Requirements

You should be able to perform thorough maintenance checks and ensure that broken / damaged parts are replaced. As a Fitter, you should have an excellent eye for detail and display good physical fitness. Also, you should be familiar with hand / power tools and should be able to operate heavy machinery whenever required.
