Job Description

Job Summary

We seek a strategic, analytical, and commercially driven Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue performance at Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island. This role involves developing and executing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and support brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue management for both hotels, aligning with brand and business goals.
  • Develop and refine pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Analyze performance, trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Optimize distribution channels for profitability and rate parity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and Reservations teams.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings and reporting.
  • Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and tools.
  • Build relationships with key partners.
  • Manage and mentor revenue teams.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and data handling standards.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of revenue management experience in luxury hospitality, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with pre-opening properties is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Knowledge of revenue management systems and market dynamics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with systems like RM Hub, Duetto, Opera, SynXis is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, Economics; MBA preferred.
