Foreground is partnering with a luxury retail group to identify a seasoned Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the brands creative execution and presentation standards across its boutique network.
This role requires a unique blend of artistic vision, technical execution, and commercial alignment to ensure visual storytelling and product presentation align with brand expectations and market trends.
Role Overview :
The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for translating global brand guidelines into compelling in-store displays, visual campaigns, and seasonal launches. This includes managing concept development, execution, and training retail teams on VM standards to deliver an immersive retail experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive visual merchandising plans across boutiques, aligning with marketing campaigns and retail calendars
- Adapt global brand guidelines to fit local market preferences and boutique architecture
- Lead visual rollouts for seasonal windows, product launches, and promotional events
- Collaborate with store managers and retail operations to ensure VM execution consistency
- Train retail teams on merchandising principles, display maintenance, and brand representation
- Conduct regular audits and field visits to assess and improve visual standards
- Manage budgets related to props, fixtures, materials, and external VM suppliers
- Monitor visual performance indicators, including customer flow, engagement, and sales impact
Candidate Profile :
8+ years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury or premium retail brandsStrong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, execution, and brand alignmentSkilled in VM software, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation toolsExcellent project management and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of shopper psychology and merchandising impact on conversionFluent in English; Arabic is a plus
