Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for the Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing the sales team to meet revenue targets. Daily tasks include overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, developing sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent leadership to guide the team towards achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Account Management and Team Management
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategy development
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proven track record in the luxury real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
