Business Development Manager Job Location Dubai United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Facade industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships Indepth knowledge of architectural facade systems glazing products building codes and construction practices Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyse market dynamics customer needs and competitive landscapes Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients attend industry events and visit project sites Should have his her own car and a valid KSA Driving License
