We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the field sales team within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales and distribution strategies across a set of agency partners, ensuring business profitability and strong market presence
Key Responsibilities :
Drive the achievement of sales and distribution targets in line with HORECA channel strategies and overall brand objectives.
Ensure business profitability through effective negotiations, strategic account management, and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget control to maximize return on investment.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing frontline sales team through on-field coaching and regular performance feedback.
Ensure the implementation of channel and customer-specific plans and agreements for seamless execution.
Conduct periodic business reviews with key HORECA accounts and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
Oversee monthly sales forecasting and stock planning to ensure optimal inventory levels and stock rotation.
Ensure timely payment collections from clients, manage account reconciliations, and support recovery processes with principals.
Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
