ELV Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1 Conduct presales and postsales site surveys to ensure alignment between proposals and site conditions 2 Manage project lifecycle design planning execution monitoring and closure including documentation such as Job Completion Reports and Exit Checklists 3 Lead and coordinate meetings with clients project managers and engineering teams 4 Design install test and commission ELV systems and structured cabling solutions ensuring compliance with project specifications 5 Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including BOQs technical solutions and inspection testing plans 6 Monitor project timelines resources and dependencies recommending corrective actions when necessary 7 Provide technical support quality assurance inspections and configuration for ELV systems during execution 8 Coordinate material requirements with procurement and ensure timely delivery 9 Resolve design issues by implementing changes and obtaining necessary approvals 10 Liaise with suppliers OEM partners and SIRA teams for technical discussions evaluations and regulatory compliance 11 Oversee testing commissioning and client training on ELV systems ensuring performance meets standards 12 Maintain compliance with quality control procedures service level agreements and SIRA portal submissions 13 Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements ensuring alignment with project requirements 14 Supervise team performance ensuring adherence to schedules policies and quality standards 15 Document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Qualifications SIRA License Mandatory UAE Driving License Mandatory
