Oversee smooth execution of onboarding processes including offer management, documentation, and background verification.Collaborate with L&D and HR teams to deliver impactful induction programs that reinforce brand values and accelerate integration.Monitor new hire engagement during onboarding and address early attrition risks.4. Recruitment Operations & Compliance
