Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy sessions Support patients in recovery and rehabilitation processes Collaborate with medical and multidisciplinary teams Maintain confidential patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with DOH licensing standards and hospital policies Educate patients and families about mental health issues Requirements DOH license or eligibility to practice as a Psychologist in UAE Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting Master s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology Strong assessment and counseling skills Excellent communication and empathetic abilities Knowledge of rehabilitation psychology preferred
