This global professional body within real estate is undergoing a transformation and has created a new opportunity for a seasoned Market Director to lead strategy and growth across the MEA region.
The Role
The Market Director will oversee strategic growth and performance across a defined region, ensuring strong financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and compliance. The role involves building trusted partnerships with customers, members, partners, and government bodies, driving innovation and service improvement, and shaping a high-performing, values-led culture. Key responsibilities include :
- Business and Market Development : Building relationships, developing pipelines, and driving revenue growth across memberships, retention, training courses, and more.
- Commercial, Operations, and Product Management : Full P&L and commercial ownership.
- Regional & Global Strategy Execution : Developing and delivering regional strategies.
- Market Leadership & Representation : Acting as a brand ambassador at various events and engagements.
- Leadership & Team Management : Leading and developing a delivery team across the region.
This role requires a natural salesperson with extensive experience and knowledge in real estate or construction, and a proven track record in delivering membership growth (note : this role is not within property sales). You should have :
An extensive background in business development, relationship building, and key account management with a proven record of revenue growth.Experience in driving strategy and business development for memberships and training courses.Demonstrated expertise in commercial and financial management, overseeing business operations.Experience within quantity surveying, valuation, land, commercial, or residential sectors.Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders in a global matrix organization.Leadership experience with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.J-18808-Ljbffr
