HR Coordinator Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a seamless experience for employees Coordinate benefits enrollment and resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by updating HR documentation as needed Prepare and distribute HRrelated correspondence such as offer letters and policies Assist in organizing training sessions workshops and employee engagement activities Generate HR reports and provide data analysis to support decisionmaking Act as a point of contact for employees providing guidance on HR policies and procedures Skills Strong knowledge of HR processes employment laws and best practices Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator HR Assistant or similar role HR certification e g SHRMCP PHR is a plus
