Procurement Admin Job Location United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to Maintain procurement records including purchase orders supplier contracts and invoices Organize and manage procurement documentation ensuring compliance with company policies Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records Work closely with the procurement finance and operations teams to align purchasing activities with business needs Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in procurement software e g Oracle FMC systems and Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Excellent understanding of supply chain management in Food Beverage sector If you qualify the above criteria and currently available in Dubai for an interview
