Location Abu Dhabi UAE Salary AED 12 RESPONSIBILITIES Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager for all product categories Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to various market segments Generate new leads conduct product presentations and prepare quotes for potential customers Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects to expand the customer base Actively promote and sell a comprehensive product range including valves pumps PICVs and heat exchangers Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients ensuring a clear understanding of how our solutions meet their needs Provide technical guidance and consultative support to customers regarding product specifications applications and installation requirements Assist clients in evaluating their needs and selecting appropriate products from the portfolio Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product improvements Identify potential markets for expansion and new business opportunities REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience in sales preferably in valves for a minimum of 4 years Strong technical knowledge of relevant products and applications Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
