IT Support Engineer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional IT enduser support by managing incidents service requests and hardware refreshes within agreed service levels Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues promptly ensuring minimal downtime Update and replace outdated computer hardware as necessary to maintain optimal performance Prepare old or obsolete hardware for secure disposal adhering to data removal protocols Assist with the onboarding of new users by setting up their hardware software and access permissions Adhere to service management standards and processes to ensure consistent support Maintain accurate records and databases for licenses warranties and service agreements related to organizational hardware and software Develop and implement processes for tracking and analyzing software hardware and equipment from acquisition to retirement Requirements Demonstrate strong proficiency in Office and Microsoft Operating Systems Utilize IT tools effectively with a solid understanding of Active Directory Azure AD and Exchange Provide support for PCs mobile devices and other enduser technologies Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a professional telephone manner
