About the Role AutoCAD Ability to modify architectural layouts accurately SketchUp or 3Ds Max Comfortable creating 3D models with accurate materials and dimensions Understanding Basic knowledge of power lighting ventilation and minor plumbing layouts Advanced Excel Experience in BOQ preparation supplier documentation and price tracking Presentation Documentation Ability to prepare project reports and design documentation DetailOriented Ensures technical accuracy in layouts and BOQs Strong Research Skills Can find and suggest realworld furniture and decor that fit within design constraints ProblemSolving Ability Able to adjust designs based on site conditions or unexpected project needs Team Collaboration Works closely with PMs suppliers engineers and site teams Communication Can explain design choices and revisions to PM team and clients 35 years of experience in architectural drafting interior layout design or technical coordination 80 officebased and 20 sitebased requiring a mix of technical precision design collaboration and site assessment skills
