Personal Assistant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management Manage complex scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements Handle confidential communications and correspondence Organize and maintain detailed filing systems Coordinate meetings events and business interactions Assist with personal and professional task management Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality Qualifications 24 years of professional experience in Dubai Preferred background in the Hospitality sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and time management abilities Detailoriented with ability to multitask Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
