Job Opportunity HR Account Assistant Are you organized detailoriented and passionate about HR and accounting Join our dynamic team as an HR Account Assistant Key Responsibilities Assist in daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding and employee record management Handle payroll processing and assist with financial recordkeeping Support in preparing reports maintaining compliance with company policies and ensuring regulatory requirements are met Coordinate employee engagement activities and provide general administrative support Process invoices reconcile accounts and maintain accurate bookkeeping records Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR Accounting or a related field Previous experience in HR or accounting roles is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth and professional development Competitive salary and benefits Join us and make an impact
