About the Role :

As Director, you will lead the evaluation and validation of external AI solutions to shape PureHealth’s long-term AI strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director of AI & Data, your focus will be identifying high-impact partnerships, conducting scientific due diligence, and aligning opportunities with PureHealth’s strategic goals. You will bridge the gap between innovation and implementation, ensuring AI investments are scientifically sound, data-compatible, and mission-aligned.

Key Responsibilities :

• AI Scouting & Strategy : Identify and evaluate global healthcare AI vendors aligned with PureHealth’s data assets and strategic needs. Provide data-driven recommendations to the Corporate Strategy and Technology Offices.
• Scientific Due Diligence : Lead feasibility studies and research to assess the scientific validity, integration potential, and real-world performance of AI solutions.
• Research & Innovation : Collaborate with academic and tech partners on joint research initiatives and validation of emerging AI technologies.
• AI Evaluation Frameworks : Develop criteria to assess scientific credibility, data compatibility, privacy, ethical considerations, and ROI for AI investments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with leadership, clinical, and technical teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and strategy.
• Knowledge Sharing : Translate complex research into actionable insights, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
