The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE property market and a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and building client relationships
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
- Identify new business opportunities in both primary and secondary markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee property viewings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers and renters.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance, providing insights for future strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in real estate sales.In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market (primary and secondary)-including trends, pricing, and regulations.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a passion for developing team members.
