Personal Assistant & Assistant Store Manager

Location : Meydan, Dubai

Employment Type : Full-Time

Are you someone who thrives in a stylish, fast-paced, and detail-driven environment?

We’re seeking a multitasking expert to support the owner of a boutique tailor shop that blends bespoke tailoring with curated fashion retail and designer consignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Tailoring & Client Coordination

Manage daily appointment schedule for fittings and tailoring services
Liaise with tailors to ensure timelines and client preferences are met
Provide warm, professional service to walk-in clients and VIPs
Follow up on alterations, pickups, and custom requests

Retail & Consignment Management

Maintain inventory of retail and consignment collections

Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays

Coordinate with consignors (designers / clients) regarding stock intake, returns, and payouts

Monitor best-sellers and recommend reorders or restocks

Administrative & Executive Support

Support the owner with daily task lists, follow-ups, and vendor communications

Keep track of personal and business calendars, travel, errands, and other PA duties

Handle invoicing, petty cash tracking, and supplier payments

Organize documents, fabric swatches, client records, and order histories

Oversee boutique cleanliness and presentation

Help organize in-store events, trunk shows, or private fittings

Collaborate with the owner and content team on brand image, stories, and social media updates (optional)

Who You Are :

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Fashion-savvy or highly appreciative of quality tailoring and design

Resourceful, proactive, and discreet — you anticipate needs before they arise

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)

Comfortable using G-suite, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business

Experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred

Work in a beautifully curated boutique space

Flexible, hands-on mentorship directly from the business owner

Exposure to luxury fashion, unique designer pieces, and clientele

Growth opportunity in both fashion retail and personal assistantship
