Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and drive sales growth.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure profitable operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
