Support tech-driven process improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards. Coach and manage regional TA Executives. Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams. Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Fluency in English. Proficiency in French is a plus. 8-12 years in Talent Acquisition. 2-3 years in HR Operations / shared services. At least 2-3 years as a team leader. Regional experience preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement and HR tech expertise.
