- Lead regional (Asia, Oceania, Africa) Talent Acquisition (TA) operations ensuring SLA & KPI adherence.
- Standardize procedures and manage vendor performance.
- Support tech-driven process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards.
- Coach and manage regional TA Executives.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and Country HR teams.

Level of Education and Language
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Fluency in English.Proficiency in French is a plus.Level of Experience and Skills
