Captain Waiter Waitress

Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of waiters and waitresses to deliver outstanding service Greet and assist guests guiding them through the menu and taking orders Ensure that orders are accurate and delivered to guests in a timely manner Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations Handle customer requests concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter Waitress in a finedining or upscale restaurant with at least years in a leadership role Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
