What You’ll Be Doing :

Deliver engaging and practical bread-making and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.

Develop lesson plans, demos, and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.

Teach a wide range of baking techniques, including :

Artisan breads

Laminated doughs (, croissants, Danish)

Enriched doughs (, brioche)

Fermentation and sourdough techniques

Monitor and evaluate students' progress, offering constructive feedback and mentorship.

Maintain a clean, professional, and food-safe learning environment.
