Civil Estimator

Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects based on drawings specifications and scope of work Review tender documents and assist in bid preparations Analyze material labor equipment and subcontractor costs Collaborate with project managers and clients for clarification of specifications Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements Assist in preparing proposals budgets and schedules Maintain a database of historical cost data for future estimating Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Civil Estimator preferably in UAE or GCC region Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and pricing Proficiency in estimating software e g Bluebeam CostX or equivalent Good communication and negotiation skills
