This position involves the sales of industrial products such as Electric Air Compressors, Diesel Gensets, and Engines & Transmissions across the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong product knowledge, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while actively growing market share.
Responsibilities :
- Sell assigned industrial products to various sectors including private companies, government departments, and individuals.
- Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of company products.
- Source new prospects via media and cold calling efforts and convert them into clients.
- Maintain regular communication with the Line Manager for updates, quotation reviews, and system improvements aligned with quality policies.
- Collect and analyze competitor information such as product details, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payment collections and report defaults to the Department Head.
- Promote post-sale service and maintenance contracts.
- Submit regular reports including weekly / monthly customer visits, inquiry logs, planners, and quotation statuses.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
