Receive calls and greet visitors in a pleasant and professional manner Manage the main switchboard by directing and relaying all phone calls or promptly take messages from the caller and intimate the appropriate person department Coordinate and assist team for back office admin support in procurement maintaining stock record and replenishing stationery office supplies etc Ensure regular renewals of all AMC of office equipment premises well in advance with prior approvals Arrange material courier delivery services as and when required requested Maintain detailed reports with description of all outgoing incoming courier parcels etc Develop and maintain an accurate filing system Staff Labour insurance renewal reimbursement claims Addition and deletion of employees from the insurance Workmen Compensation claims and reimbursement coordination with Insurance agency Labour Camp accommodation maintenance and renewal in coordination with camp boss and Admin incharge Staff accommodation maintenance and renewal in coordination with Admin in charge Coordination with inhouse support business departments for documentation related to ISO audit Prepare quotations LPOs Invoices bills etc and other required documents as requested by admin head and or as required for office with prior approvals from the concerned
