Head Chef Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Maintain consistent product quality to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare and manage inventory levels minimizing waste and ensuring accurate ordering Implement and maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to health and safety regulations Supervise staff providing guidance and feedback to ensure highquality service and adherence to standards Manage shifts effectively making decisions on staffing scheduling and problemsolving Train new and existing team members promoting knowledge sharing and skill development Plan and execute menu implementations ensuring seamless transitions and highquality food presentation Monitor and control food costs utilizing recipes pars and inventory management systems Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives maintaining strong communication and teamwork Requirements Minimum 35 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry Minimum 57 years of overall experience in retail and or consumeroriented services preferably in a multioutlet environment Excellent language skills with a good command of English Arabic is an advantage
