Develop and implement sales strategies to expand digital assessment and EdTech solutions within the Education market in the UAE.
Work closely and coordinate regularly with the Product Development Manager (PDM) to align product offerings with client requirements and market needs.
Identify and generate leads from outreach, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and digital communication channels targeted towards the education sector in the UAE.
Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, qualification, client meetings, presentations, negotiation, and contract closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, utilize CRM tools effectively, and provide timely sales forecasts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational institutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional post-sales support and account management to address client needs and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
At least 3 years of proven sales / account management experience within corporate sectors or related fields.
Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong understanding and existing relationships within UAE's corporate environments.
Experience in promoting or selling digital assessment, learning management systems, corporate training solutions, or related Tech solutions.
Proven success record in identifying and closing corporate deals effectively.
