We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Procurement to lead our global sourcing and supply chain operations for foodstuff and agricultural commodities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international procurement, vendor management, and supply chain strategy across key markets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source food commodities (pulses, spices, grains, etc.) from international markets including Asia, Africa, and South America.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Oversee import logistics, lead times, and inventory levels to ensure smooth supply flow.
• Forecast procurement needs based on sales and production plans.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on budgeting and cash flow management.
• Track market trends and pricing to support strategic, data-driven purchasing decisions.
