Your mission :
- Management of an international engineering team for the AMEA region
- Coordination and prioritization of the customer services (technical support, commissioning activities, SaaS support)
- Contact person for the team members in technical and organizational questions
- Participate to customer support, trainings, webinars and other related activities when necessary
- Responsible for technical training, updates and further development of internal team members
- You will report directly to the local Regional Manager
Your profile :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, software engineering or similar, master’s degree would be a plus.Leadership experience.Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as hands-on mentality.Experience with solar energy and SCADA systems.Excellent English language skills. Arabic and / or French would be a plus.Ideally, experience with meteocontrol solutions.Travels within Middle East and Africa occasionallyYou can look forward to :
