About the Role

As Chief Marketing Officer – EMEA, you will spearhead the regional marketing strategy for one of the world’s leading energy enterprises, driving sustainable growth, brand transformation, and market leadership across diverse markets. You’ll lead a talented, cross-cultural team through a transformative energy era — from traditional infrastructure to renewables, digital energy services, and climate-conscious innovations.

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute a regional marketing vision aligned with global objectives and market-specific demands across EMEA.
• Brand & Communications : Oversee brand stewardship, reputation management, and integrated communications strategies across diverse linguistic and cultural markets.
• Market Intelligence : Lead insights-driven initiatives by tracking market trends, energy policy shifts, and customer expectations to shape offerings and narratives.
• Growth Marketing : Design demand-generation and customer acquisition programs tailored to B2B, B2C, and public sector stakeholders.
• Innovation & ESG Storytelling : Elevate the company’s sustainability narrative and position the business as a clean energy leader in the region.
• Team Development : Inspire and mentor a high-performing, multicultural marketing team across multiple countries.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build deep partnerships with local governments, regulators, industry leaders, and media.
• 15+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally with regional or global scope in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sector
• Proven track record leading strategic marketing and communications in complex, regulated environments
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets including regulatory nuances, consumer behaviors, and media landscapes
• Experience in brand transformation and ESG communications a strong plus
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and executive presence
