Job Description
ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality, up-to-date content to its readers, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, Construction Week, Esquire and Top Gear.
We are looking for a Head of Brand Partnerships / Business Development to join the expanding ITP Gaming team.
You will be required to sell the full 360 services of ITP Gaming including B2B and B2C events, activations and tournaments (online and offline), performance marketing, in-game advertising, mobile game development and influencer marketing to gaming and non-endemic clients. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the gaming industry and adjacent verticals, and a proven track record of commercial success and relationship building.

Requirements
- Leverage your established network to identify, pursue and convert new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead the development of sales strategy and bespoke partnership solutions across ITP Gaming’s services
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients within the gaming industry
- Ability to independently create and present sales materials
- Achieve sales targets while driving year-on-year growth of product revenue streams
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and product offerings
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and key developments across gaming, entertainment and digital media
Requirements :
Educated to degree level, with 7–10 years of successful business development and commercial experience in MENA, ideally in gaming marketing servicesExperience and a strong professional network within the gaming industry is essential (Esports advantageous)Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and organisational skillsDemonstrated ability to lead pitches and meet / exceed sales targetsStrong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesAmbitious, aggressive, proactive, creative and hungry for successAbility to lead multiple complex projects independently and prioritise in a fast-paced work environmentArabic language skills and a passion for gaming would be advantageous.
