Exclusive Role : Group Chief Financial Officer

Location : Dubai

My client who are a global player operating in the Tech / Payments / Digital / FinTech space are currently looking to recruit a Group Chief Financial Officer. This is a strategic position which oversees the full spectrum of financial management, including financial planning, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and the execution of growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and commercial insight to support my clients rapid scaling and global expansion. I'm seeking world-class talent excited by a hypergrowth environment, thinking unconventionally, staying laser-focused, creating lasting value, and always operating with an “limitless” mindset.

Additionally, you will lead investor relations, building and managing relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions, while preparing communications, board materials, and fundraising documentation. The role also involves evaluating and executing M&A opportunities and strategic partnerships, conducting due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.

As a senior leader, you will build and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring over 12 years of experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth tech or digital business, with a strong track record in strategic finance, fundraising, and investor relations. A deep understanding of financial regulations, governance, and global compliance is essential, along with exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CA are preferred, and experience within the UAE / GCC region is a strong advanta ge.
