Greet and receive patients and their escorts Attend to patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of checkin and checkout inquiries and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization Answer patients queries regarding services medical insurance procedures from approval followups rejection and other insurance activities and payments Ensure that the patients are being accommodated without any delay Make the patients comfortable while they are waiting Prepare and process Medical Insurance claim forms Schedule appointments for patients Confirmation of appointments and cancellations Requirements Should have at least 35 years of experience in Customer Service Patient Relations in the Healthcare industry
