Job Description
- Lead the QA / QC team for fabrication projects and ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO).
- Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), WPS, PQRs, and WPQ documents.
- Oversee welding inspections, material inspections, dimensional checks, and final visual inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, third-party inspectors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
- Manage documentation, NCRs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full adherence to project QA / QC requirements and HSE regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of QA / QC experience in fabrication, pressure vessels, or structural steel.Certified in CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / BGAS / NDT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT).Strong knowledge of welding techniques, codes, and material standards.Excellent communication, documentation, and team coordination skills.Disclaimer : Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
